Store owner replied: Thank you so much for the glowing 5 star review. we are thrilled to hear you have had such a fantastic experience. we appreciate your support.
Love the ring, absolutely stunning but the service is a joke. I've sent emails and have had no response at all. It's now 1 month until my wedding and Ive had to go purchase another ring as I was worried I wouldn't get a refund or exchange in time. Very disappointed and will be taking this further to get my money back.
Love this ring bought it twice now!

We initially bought them as everyday wedding bands and were so impressed with their quality upon arrival that we purchased another set in a different style for dressier occasions.
This ring is gorgeous and well-crafted with a good weight.
